Set up: Employees privileges

When setting up Odyssey, the printshop may define the roles of their employees. An employee can have supervisor and/or accounting privileges. Supervisor privileges allow access to all areas of Odyssey; accounting privileges allow access to the 'Accounting' tab. An employee can have accounting privileges and not be assigned as a supervisor.

To add or adjust employee privileges:

  • Select 'Printshop'
  • Select 'My Employees'
  • Select 'Roles' next to an employee
  • Select 'Supervisor', 'Accountant' or both
    • A small icon will appear below the 'Roles' button depending on which selection was made
