User Guide for Estimating Section in the Printshop Workflow Menu

Overview: The Estimating section in the Printshop Workflow menu of Odyssey provides quick access to various tasks related to job estimates. This section includes options to create new estimates and view estimates in different statuses.

• Create New Estimate: Button to initiate a new estimate creation.
• Requested: Estimates that have been requested but not yet processed.
• Waiting for Response: Estimates that are awaiting a customer's response.
• Rejected: Estimates that have been rejected by the customer or internally.

How to Use the Estimating Section

Accessing the Estimating Menu

• Navigate to the Printshop Workflow dropdown menu from the top navigation bar.
• Select the relevant section under Estimating for the desired action.

Creating a New Estimate

• Click on Create New Estimate to start a new estimate. 
• Follow along with one of three articles to create an Odyssey estimate:

Managing Estimates

• Requested: Click to view all requested estimates that need to be processed.
• Waiting for Response: Click to view estimates that are awaiting a response from the customer.
• Rejected: Click to view and manage estimates that have been rejected- either by the customer or internally.
